I'm a liberal that believes the man should resign, go away, and never come back. But the first page of this thread is just the usual whacko suspects that do nothing but come on here and talk sheet about any liberal or democrat they can get their lips on. Freaking whack jobs with no lives.
I don't know anyone, of ANY political stripe, who doesn't think this guy is despicable. Of course he should resign, and if he doesn't resign they need to find a way to get him out of there.
It's funny to see so many cons wringing their hands over sexual harrassment in this particular case.

Anita Hill.
I believed her, and I believe Filner's accusers. Clarence Thomas never should have been confirmed, and Bob Filner must resign.
You can find examples a lot more recent than that. Half of the teavangelicals here were SALIVATING over Herman Cain last year, and ranted that every single woman involved was a liar. What a bunch of freaking hypocrites.
Let his personal life be personal, and base his skills as Mayor on the merits of his work.
