Again, criminals don't care abou the law....

Who is it that isn`t enforcing the laws? Question #2: Are the laws enforceable?

Every person that goes to walmart and pawn shop still has to fill out the correct forms....

I call BS on that. In GA to legallly purchase a handgun the buyer has to fill out a form (4473 , I think thats the number) and has to go thru a background check. Just like I do here in MI. The only difference though is in MI if I do not have a CPL I have to have a purchase permit.. something that only takes a few days to get. Both states if you have a valid CPL a background check is not required. That and my state requires the handgun to be registered.
I couldn't find anything on long guns or person to person sales.

Our legal system keeps returning criminals back into the streets.
They aren't deal with harshly until something like this occurs.

And since he didn't kill anyone what do you suppose his punishment will be ?

It is a progressive utopian pipe dream! Restrictions on guns or attempting to ban them outright will do nothing but hurt law abiding citizens, and do nothing to stop criminals from getting them and committing crimes!
I like the 2nd amendment but I think the gun owner should let the authorities know which well regulated militia he trains with and the name of his commander so it can be verified.

Right here is why the left can never have a honest conversation about guns....they could care less...
