He was the editor of the Harvard Law Review.

And -- just like Obama is accused of doing -- he seems to inspire cult-like devotion among the true believers.

It's way too early to call.

No, I just think it's amusing that you cons are swooning over him, when has so many of the same attributes that (according to the cons) made Obama such a horrible candidate for President.

Republicans have a very deep field in 2016. it is way to early to say who will get the nomination but the field is stacked deep deep deep with serious talent. Cuz is but one of those who will likely be part of the process.

I don't think a con started this thread. Yet another about Cruz.

So if we are to judge by the number of threads about Obama started by cons, they must be REALLY afraid of him.

I AGREE! We clear thinking Dems need him to run in 2016, so that we can put a fork in the Repugnican party, once and for all.

It is true that Ted Cruz on the surface has many qualities as President Obama, but there is one huge major difference. President Obama is a very likable person who was a political phenom from the moment he stepped on the national stage. People of all kinds LIKED President Obama after hearing him speak.

Ted Cruz has the opposite impact, no one but the most extreme right wingers likes Ted Cruz after listening to him speak.

Anybody who can convince the voters that David Dewhurst was not a conservative is a real charmer. Your post is exactly what I said during the primary.
