Boy the NRA sure is desperate to get in on the NSA bashing. Their reasoning about how this creates a gun registry is a totally convoluted stretch of their paranoid imagination. What next is Marlboro going to announced NSA is creating a secret registry of cigarette smokers because somebody might have mentioned going to the store to pick up a pack of cigs during a phone call?

I'm an NRA member, and they have no idea what guns I own or how many.

My girlfriend is a member, and she doesn't even own a gun.

So explain to me what this "NRA gun registry" you're talking about actually is. By all means, be as detailed as possible...

It's a fact the NRA opposed legislation to bar people on the terrorist watch list from purchasing a firearm.
