With all the hhopla about a rising real estate market, do you really think that America has 'turned the corner'? You be right - except the 'turn' is straight down.

Barack Obama has been running around the country taking credit for an "economic recovery", but the truth is that things have not gotten better under Obama.

Home ownership rate the lowest that it has been in 18 years, the number of Americans on food stamps increased by nearly 50 percent, the national debt gotten more than 6 trillion dollars larger.

The following are 33 shocking facts which show how badly the U.S. economy has tanked since Obama became president...

#1 When Barack Obama entered the White House, 60.6 percent of working age Americans had a job. Today, only 58.7 percent of working age Americans have a job.

#2 Since Obama has been president, seven out of every eight jobs that have been "created" in the U.S. economy have been part-time jobs.

More importantly, I wonder why he hasn't been able to turn it around?

Republican obstructionists. They'd rather ruin the economy than let Obama get credit for anything.

Now, now. Don't be too harsh with our President. It's his first job and he's still in training.

The responses from the LWNJs are typical and predictable.

I don't give a hoot what anyone things or feels for that matter. Under Bush, i did not know people personally hurt by the economy, where so many lost jobs and half their beautiful homes. Sorry i did not. Why should i lie.

For gosh sakes i know someone who graduated from law school, and cannot find full time work, why is that. They will only hire her part time, so that she does not get health benefits, and you all know that.

When college grads can't find full time work and pay their loans off, we are in trouble. I do know many full timers, who as of recent have been put down to part-time employment. Not easy, cannot make it on part time, think you can think again.

Sorry under bush, and yes i am someone who has SAVINGS, i had more of it, Ok interest is shi-. Anyone who has worked damn hard for a savings, is seeing it shrink. Stop fooling yourself please, it is not becoming, this economy is going nowhere, and getting worse. Don't want to hear no bull as the President throws enough at us.

The economy is shi- graads can't pay off their tuitions, cannot find full time work, I know Doctors, who don't want their practices anymore, want to do something else, why is that! you know why. Stop the excuses, to anyone with half an intelligence, it pisses us off.

Oh Contrae! Obama has ruined the economy by his lonesome self. Does not need any help in that department please. People paying attention to reality, know and see what is happening around us, and no we don't need the media to tell us what we already know.
