Duh. No guns to "acquire". Look, this is simple stuff. Guns are the problem. WIthout the gun, there would be no crazy dude taking a white guy hostage at gunpoint. Criminals will always be able to acquire guns because they go through illegal channels.

The only people who will be affected by your plan are law abiding citizens who will then be unable to defend themselves from the criminals with guns.
