It's way past time that Iamme was banned from this forum. Her insults and attacks on white, conservative Americans have gone on long enough and she is in violation of the TOS constantly.

There's nothing about being a liberal that says that we have to "tolerate" ignorance, bigotry, stupidity, and hatred; quite the contrary.

All this fluff about liberals being sissies who want to hug everything is a stereotype that idiots on the right hold and pass around among eachother and now accept as some sort of self-congratulatory fact.
Here's the problem. Far too many liberals/lefties label opinions different than their own as bigotry, stupidity and hatred when they aren't. So yes, they are intolerant.

... and far too many conservatives label opinions different from their own as evil, and want to legislate against having them and create arbitrary litmus tests around them to selectively deprive them of their rights.

I haven't heard near the insults from the right as I have from the left in here. Not even close. Your post #346 is evidence of that.

You are so far to the right that anyone even center-right to you is a socialist/communist/leftist/liberal. Oh, about my name, I registered my name when I had my head stuck up so far into Ron Paul's rear end that it looked like we were Siamese twins. Funny now I just realized that I am now not brainwashed, unlike back then
Actually, I'm a fiscal conservative but a social moderate and haven't belonged to a political party in decades, canceled my life membership in the NRA (I'm a sport shooter and have been since about age 9) long ago and as a retired political and legislative analyst I vote the issues, the character of candidates and my own beliefs, conscience and standards, not the candidates or their affiliations. I routinely vote both sides of the aisle. In those respects I truly am capable of thinking for myself. By George, I must be an independent (note small "I"). I don't need a party, union, PAC or anyone/anything telling me how and what to vote on.

I'm a firm believer in Jerry Brown's "canoe" theory - paddling a little on both sides keeps it going down the middle. By the way, he's a Democrat.

Of course you haven't noticed it. You agree with a lot of the insults from the right that are thrown around on here. You probably gloss over that stuff because you agree with it and think it's reasonable.

As far as my post goes: I think it's funny that you seem to think it's an exceptionally mean insult...

No, I don't agree with insults from either side but it is undeniably true that the really hateful and nasty ones come from the left or liberals and much more often. Yes, I think calling people bigots, stupid, etc. is mean and insulting. You don't?

I am not going to play the conservative game of oh no we have all of these legit reasons for the vitriol we spew. Nah, it is just plain old racism.
Ah, liberal logic. Yes, funding the liabilities can certainly be changed. I believe it can be changed by a vote of the people. And if, by your telling, white's are a minority now, why doesn't the majority of non-whites fix things?

I guess it makes it easy for the simple mind. No need to make any rational conclusion. Call is racism, and you're done.

I'll be curious to find out what her opinion of the state of the economy is when she finally lands a job and has to pay taxes.
