Surely the other ½ isn't committed by old black men.
You're not accounting for population differences.
I'm not going to look the numbers up but as I recall there is about 30K murders committed each year by each race however the white population is something like 72% and the black population is 12%.
72 / 12 = 6 or the white population is 6 times that of the black population subsequently someone in the black race is six times as likely to commit murder.
Another way to put it is if the black population equaled the white population and we were to assume the murders would equally increase.
According to most posters on the CD's black forum, it is genetic disposition that causes black teens to be more violent... so what can be done?
If [according to most CD posters] blacks are genetically programed to be more violent, then why all the concern? No one would contemplate changing a Tiger's disposition. Changing black folk to be less violent is against God's intelligent design.
