Why should we wait until the next election cycle to defund Obamacare when it can be defunded now? Afraid that you're going to miss out on a couple additional years of rabid liberal spending? Republicans are doing what they were elected to do, represent the people who voted them in office which includes opposing Obamacare. Don't like it? Too bad, deal with it - that's what the liberals said when Romney lost.

Ted Cruz is so serious about defunding ACA, that he is renouncing his Candian citizenship...That is dedication.

Does someone need to inform you that the House has already voted to defund Obamacare, I believe over 40 times..

Republicans dont control the Senate, Democrats do.. The minority party cant force the majority to take up bills they dont want to

Republicans did not stop ACA as did the American people did with mittens.

The American people voted in those congressional representitives that passed ACA...remember? If a majority of American voters wanted ACA repealed, then the Republicans would be in power in the House, Senate, and Presidency. That didn't happen..did it?

Too many imbeciles in the electorate now. The nation voted for Obama, the worst president in US history X2. What are the odds of this same population suddenly gaining 20-30 IQ points and becoming intelligent voters?

The dependent class is in control of the nation. The only hope that intelligent, hard working people have is a Constitutional Convention (as proposed by Mark Levin) or secession.

No one has to defund Obamacare the markup was a pipe dream to start with. Just let it dying on the funding that was established in the bill itself. You passed it ;so make it work on what you said were the cost; plain and simple.

Without the GOP winning all 3 chambers of government with a Senate supermajority-which should happen as often as Y2K, Obamacare will not be repealed or defunded.

The GOP needs to move on, and avoid acting like Charlie Brown thinking this time, Lucy will let him kick the football.

Because the elections aren't happening soon enough. By the time they take place Obamacare will already be implemented. It's a massive overhaul of a sixth of the economy. It's a lot easier to not do the overhaul than it is to try to go back and dismantle it later.

Everyone knows Obamacare isn't sustainable. The question is whether we stop it from failing by not implementing it or whether we wait for it to fail and then go to single payer instead.

What liberals are doing is simply lying about it. They've been trying their darndest to create a narrative where Republicans simply want to deny healthcare to people. They lied about the mandates not being a tax, about costs going down, and about people getting to keep their existing plans in order to get it passed to begin with. And now they're trying to hide the bad effects of it by delaying implementation past election time so that 2014 isn't a repeat of 2010. Once they can get it in place, they can let it fail, and then replace private insurance entirely by blaming the failure on insurance companies instead of on Obamacare. Which you can see they've already started with demonizing companies who alter benefits or working hours
in anticipation of its implementation.

You can see a detailed explanation at the following link.
Obamacare: It
