We don't really try and beat the people except in the media and ours has of course been against us. The US in the middle east cares about one thing and that is to make sure everybody trades oil in US dollars. Iran is the last on the block to cause this problem. There is no other reason to go into Syria unless it's to pave the way to Iran that I can see what is your opinion? Turkey was against us back in the last one because they wanted into the EU but they will do what we say now it seems. Only question is what will Russian and China do as Iran has been the proxy betwix us all for some time and the entire reason is how oil is traded. Your a smart guy Mohawkx so I'd like your input.

Agreed but back in WW 2 we played real "hard" and Germany and Japan went down. Vietnam and so on; we really held back.

Agreed about China and Russia; tho their populations are starting to drop in numbers, they can still do some real damage IF things got real bad.

Well IMO China will not got to war to get their way. They lay back and buy their way around and are very smart. They need resources and look where they are heading lately to Africa like ants building cities and buying their way in. Now russia has the "stans" so I don't know why they are so engaged other than to just play the proxy with Iran. They do have a port to the med that they can't lose so that will have to be worked out. I think once Syria goes so will the problems unless we continue on into Africa like we are dabbling in or the wrong "dictator" comes into power like our grand Obama supported in Egypt. That has to go away too and that is why Obama is staying away. China has kind of pulled away though and I think the US and Russia will let them on their way. China really doesn't want the dollar to die "yet" because they have a big interest in it. It's all about the reserve currency in my eyes and if you look at it in those glasses you can actually see the moves being made and why. Some don't make a lot of sense but most do. The global banking cartel needs the dollar to be king still and all the big players know it.
