Red Herring fallacies.

So I guess where you live nothing like this happens. You need to listen to the news about our entire country then. You need to stop isolating yourself.

I grew up and went to school in a city. Granny had the farm.

My now 16 yo daughter has her own .38 with holster. She carries with her when bowhunting.
She has had her .223 auto.(the hog eradicator) since she was 10 and her .410 pump shot gun since she was 5.

Is that supposed to be some sort of ad hominem attack? You're on these boards near 24/7. If anyone is isolated it would be yourself. Moreover, you admit you have only fired a weapon once.

Shiite happens.

WOW you "forgot" where the gun was? I always KNOW exactly where mine is.

How could you "forget" such a thing?

MINE has never managed to end up in any of my suitcases.

I have not flown in a few years but have twice since 9/11 and if asked could have made a list of everything that was in MY luggage from memory ...

Growing up there were always "guns" in the house, I NEVER attempted to find or touch them, I KNEW they were off limits.

All I have to say is GOOD HOLSTER (purse)....whatever.

The one that sucks is the one that feels like you are carrying a lead turd around with you while carrying your weapon.

Lot's of misinformation about securing weapons in this thread too.

No kids....the one out of the safe is in condition 1 on the nightstand or in it.

If you left it up to the antigun nuts, you'd have a lanyard anchored to the neighbors dog locked in his basement.

Get over yourselves....
