Not all gays and lesbians want to marry, research shows
So what does that prove? Many heterosexuals want nothing to do with marriage either...Face the facts for a change, as most Americans are in favor of gay marriage rights.

Many gays do not want to be married and realize it is crossing the boundaries in this society.

They too want one man and one woman as the term describing marriage and see no need to change it.

sex in marriage? "one man one woman joined together as one flesh"? seriously man and woman have the same sex that gay people have. your bias has no legs to stand on. you need a better understanding of human sexuality. sex is to be enjoyed. men and women do so in a variety of ways, not your business. gay marriage is about civil rights not about your individual religious bent.

many gays who don't want to marry, don't want to marry for the same reason straight men and women don't want to marry. get real.

sex is sex. why you refuse to understand sexuality has always made me wonder, if you have ever had a long term adult sexual relationship or if you are indeed a virgin.

There is no such thing as a natural law of marriage. Get that through your head. Saying things like that makes you seem like an absolute buffoon. Marriage is a man made social contract. There is no natural law that dictates marriage.

I understand your point. We all do. You think marriage is one man and one woman. We know. But that's religious. If an individual church wants to not let two men or two women get married, that's out of anyone's control. But why should the government not recognize it? And please actually answer my question. I know that's hard for you, so I bolded that part to pay attention to.

After society relents to gay marriage , the gays will march for another right as that is their quest. They will not rest at gay marriage.

Society will fall as this is expected.. we relive our history. Man is driven by evil as man has a propensity to it. Nothing new under the sun.
Your scare tactics are total bull crap...All you have to do is look north...We've had same sex marriage in Canada for 8 years now, and there is not even a hint of any of your bs happening. As a matter of fact gays and their marriages are no longer even an issue here.

Same goes for Massachusetts, where same-sex marriage has been legal for 9+ years.

So God or evolution only intended heterosexuals to reproduce? Makes no sense to me.

YOUR religious beliefs do not give you a get out of jail free card when it comes to the laws of this country.

Yeah sure, just make them give up their career and cause people to lose their jobs so the poor gay couple doesn't have to walk down the street to another bakery.

And why do your beliefs get to determine the law of the land?

What a mistake you just made...

Why do your beliefs get to determine the law of the land? Not that you'll actually answer that.

Great. Now can you show me one law that requires reproduction in order to get married?

Guess what? I can show you laws that specifically prohibit reproduction for marriage. So, that would show that reproduction is not required for marriage.

My beliefs are the constitution. You know, the document that is the supreme law of the land?

Anti discrimination laws are perfectly constitutional. Basing laws on your religious beliefs, however, is not.
