Rainbows were pretty and fun a long time before they became a gay pride symbol. My friend's daughter teaches 1st grade, and she invited her class to the wedding. It was ADORABLE--the kids surprised her with a song that the music teacher taught them--it was one of the cutest weddings I've been to in a long time--and the kids loved the colors. Like I said, rainbow weddings are a super popular trend this year.

hahaha good one gotta hand it to yuh.

Continuing:

The women adorns the man in the genders contrasting manner in many ways. As long as the cake has some kind of ruffle duffle in a comfortable way in the known tradition for the extra flowers and niceties it is a hetro cake. I didn't make up how everything works and gets symbolized in the human species. Very simple stuff. An expert may not have the training to build a gay wedding cake and is justified in refusal when it comes down to an issue of force. People could obviously appeal all this force nonsense but have got some class and look the other way. If it was myself Id say because of the targeting go for ir, wouldn't even get a lawyer and work from home. Customers are usually good so who cares, less car hassle.

Oregon expanded the law to include sexual orientation. If you don't like it, move to another country.
And many of those laws themselves are discriminatory!

Why shouldn't a black business owner be allowed to open a blacks only Cigar bar or any other business?

Or why shouldn't a white business(bar) owner be allowed to offer a Blacks only night? Or Asian? Or latino?.........

If you create a private club (with dues, membership fees, etc. that only serves members of that club) you can. Private clubs are exempt from the federal law--that's why some country clubs are still all white, or don't allow Jewish people etc. Some states MAY outlaw discrimination with private clubs (I haven't checked to see if they do) but it's legal under federal law. If you meet the criteria for a business that is a public accommodation under federal law, or under the state where you operate, then you can't discriminate who you sell to according to the statutes.

What I find nearly incredible is that 50 years later, we're debating the civil rights act of 1964. I don't know whether I should laugh or hit my head repeatedly on the table.

Not at all.
I just don't believe in big govt and govt dictating everything we do.

Personal responsibility.

That makes sense.

You're really adding to my stance that small business owners are kind of clueless on these matters.
