That is the funny part, Putin is one of the last people I would ever trust or take his word on anything. Yet the moment someone says something the cons agree with, they all run to lift that person up on their shoulders.
Yep -- see Drudge's astoundingly obtuse remark about Putin being "the leader of the free world." It's almost as if he got a tingle up his leg or something.
I heard Kerry yesterday at the Senate. He was quite clear that al Qaeda elements are part of the opposition in Syria. He mentioned others as well. He talked about vetting military aid (and how long it took to do that) to keep it out of al Qaeda hands. So I don't know what Putin or his doting American right wing fans are talking about. I suspect that both are just spouting nonsense to further their own nefarious ends.
Kerry said the majority of the rebels were secular.. not true.. Al Qaeda is coming over the borders to fight.. Kerry lied..
So now the far right is in love with Russia? It felt like just yesterday they were whining that Obama was trying to turn this country into Russia. Seriously, is the far right bi-polar?
