Well, if you want to talk World Wars, it's a tie score for how many we've had with and without an organization like the UN being in place, eh? Hardly a strong endorsement of the concept of the UN which often seems little more than a club of people sucking on their respective governments' teats while enjoying the good life in NYC.

Still waiting to hear from the usual suspects why we haven't attacked NK when their human rights atrocities are far more sinister and widespread.

Answer the question posed or be quiet. You sure seem to be defensive of the boy king. Why is that?

Since you choose to hold only one man guilty of inaction that a number of others are equally as guilty of I can only consider your question hypocritical partisan tripe that's unworthy of any other answer,

Thought as much; unable to answer the simple question posed. Welcome to ignore.

We're just hearing now about things WE did in WWII like using the census bureau to round up Japanese Americans. Denied it for 50+ years until the Treasury documents were publicized.
Right or wrong (I have no opinion on that) the Government was in a box on that one. Most of them wouldn't denounce Japan or swear allegiance to the USA. The attack at Pearl Harbor was done without prior warning or declaration of war. There were over 100,000 coastal defense sites that were top secret.

Doesn't make it right, but it was understandable........

Just like the NSA collecting every bit of online/voice data on every American 24/7/365.
