How on Earth do you deploy a number of warships "in secret"??? In this day and age of satellite photography, heat-plume detection, electronic intercepts etc.?

rubbish, the fed aill just print up a large batch of funny money, and give it to china to pay off the debt we owe them, and we will be done with them. and dont forget that china needs us more than we need them. where else are they going to dump their junk? europe isnt going to buy it, and neither is russia, and india is making their own as is vietnam. so if they start to make noise about demanding that we pay them, we can just say ok then we will set extremely high tariffs on your goods coming to our country, and that will kill the chinese economy.

Sorry, but I can bet if the US gets into armed conflict with China, that would be a very long protracted battle made even worse by the fact that you have a bunch of crazies at the knee of Kim Jong-un ready to invade South Korea when the opportunity presents itself. It's not China we need to worry about, in the end. The North Koreans are brazen, crazy, AND they have their finger on the nuclear detonator. This is a stalemate. If Obama doesn't keep his cool and the crazies in Congress calm down their inner cowboy, this could either lead to WWIII or Cold War II
