I hear this argument from the "expert whites" on CD.

When blacks are not working hard enough/living up to their(whites) standards, they say:

Lack of discipline
Lack of personal responsibility
Lack of education
etc...

When blacks are "successful":

Whites on CD say:

"oh, it's because of Affirmative action".

SO which one is it? What do you suggest blacks do?

Since the "whites" on CD use these 2 arguments against blacks.

To all my "expert whites" of CD chime in.

When I say "expert whites", I mean "expert on the black race"

You're right on your first point, your second one is crap.

Well let's see......the conservatives have said it about Obama getting into Harvard Law so there ya go. I've also seen MANY times conservatives accusing affirmative action of being the reason why some blacks have been selected for jobs or for entry into college. That doesn't necessarily translate into the "successful" phrase as the OP stated however it does give an indication that murmurings along those lines are indeed a real thing.

That's one single instance.

The first observation is about a thousand times more common than the second.

Yup I'm half white and I've stated the first one. The brown boy in me has never stated the second.

are you suggesting that affirmative action has not played a role in job advancement and college entry? that's why it was put into place. I have not seen anyone make these conflicting statements on here. black people who don't achieve are no different than white people who don't succeed.
