so how does recording phone calls in the bahamas violate the fourth amendment? they are not a US territory, they are a sovereign nation and not under US jurisdiction.

What is a stingray you ask ? Why it "looks" just like a mini cell phone tower only it's job is to intercept cell phone calls and record and save your call.
