Huh? When have atheists complained about church bells? Or for that matter the Jewish Sabbbath signal, which is not a bell, but a horn type of sound? Is this happening in your neck of the woods?
I live in a very diverse area and I have never heard it.
Looks like the OP is complaining about something non-existent. I wonder if he's an atheist or some religious denomination. Christians like to complain about Atheists and Muslims so I wouldn't be surprised if Christian. Add complaining about non-existent things to that list.
I have NEVER heard a public call to prayer in any US city. I have heard church bells - but they are very muted, compared to those in Europe.
I also have not heard about atheists complaining about calls to prayer or church bells - why would they? Atheists tend to only complain when government does something that either is, or is akin to, endorsing any particular religion. Calls to prayer or church bells have nothing to do with government endorsement.
In other words, either you are completely misunderstanding that the atheist cause has to do with bringing government to adhere to the US Constitution, or you are (simply trolling by) implying that atheists hate Christians but love (or fear) Muslims.
Of course, it could also be a combination of both: Can't figure out the former and thus, conclude the latter.
Do atheists complain about the Muslim call to prayer in cities in America?
As an atheist, I haven't had any problems with Muslims. They don't knock on my door, wanting me to convert. They don't try to force their beliefs into the public domain. They wanna pray 5 times/day, that's OK by me. As long as they aren't pressuring me to pray along with 'em.
Of course, most Christians don't do these things, either.
The ones who do are annoyingly insecure. They should pray for guidance.

I disagree. Christians that try to recruit you are not insecure.
I rarely hear christian church bells anymore unless it's at historic churches. A call to prayer 5 times a day on a loudspeaker would violate noise ordinances. Don't they have an app for that?
I doubt. Your typical atheist could care less about what people of other religions do as long as it's not supported by taxpayer money.
Exactamundo.
American Muslims seem to keep to themselves. They certainly never bother me.
