Yeah.... keep telling yourselves that.

The link you posted states otherwise. It states and I quote...

"The Colorado Republican Party called the vote results "a loud and clear message to out-of-touch Democrats across the nation" in a statement released late Tuesday"

This message will not resonate throughout the nation but in Colorado ONLY. It will also be hyped up though the conservative media... It's not a big deal that a couple of Colorado state senators got recalled.

So why are a bunch of liberals wound up over a non-issue?

Actually, it is. It was a Historical event. And this may not resonate in states like California where they are used to tyranny and ask for more every election, but in other purple states, this will keep deocrats silent on the issue.

Hopefully the results of this election are indicative of 2014

It is a real message that resonates with democrats in purple states. They remember 94, this is just further confirmation of the same.

You know what else is Hilarious? If the tables of this election had been turned, and a politician that voted AGAINST gun control had been recalled, you know full well Libs would be partying in the streets right about now and praising this as some sort of message about how the "country has changed when it comes to guns"

You're all a bunch of hypocritical sore losers, and I love it.

Then why are there articles in the New York Post, Washington Post, Huffington Post, etc? Why did the Mayor of New York spend* so much money, time, and resources over something that, as you say, is was not a big deal? That doesn't make much sense now does it?

Could it be that YOU do not want it to be a big deal?

Don't be too straight forward with him, he'll just flip out and accuse you of being a racist.
