What does any of this have to do with what you stated in your OP?
Or are you suggesting that Putin knew on Sept. 5th that he was going to be in a position to "own" the president on Sept. 10th?
The little guy's ego is badly bruised after BO OWNED him over Syria.
Who knows what this desperate dwarf will do next...
Obama backed him into a corner to voluntarily be the guy that handles Syria and his fellow dictator buddy Assad. Putin is painted into a corner...but he's a small guy so that's enough room for him. That being said...

Right-Wing Media's Love Affair With Putin Continues Over Syria Weapons Proposal
In an interview with PBS, President Obama said if there is a diplomatic path to stop the use of chemical weapons in Syria it would be "overwhelmingly my preference."
Obama also added that he and Russian President Vladimir Putin had talked about the plan now on the table both during the recent G-20 meeting in Russia and during another meeting last year in Mexico.
In other words, the proposal is a true diplomatic breakthrough long in the making.
It's amazing how right wingers devour, ingest and regurgitate all of the Faux News talking points in unison that would make the Vienna Boys Choir envious.
By first backing him into the corner of being the sponsor for a chem weapons user. Then giving him the appearance of a peacemaker. The current charade is nothing more than cover for appearances sake. Putin has to be allowed to look like he's still got some international clout, tiny as it is.

I really do know why the rest of the world think Americans are stupid now.
Yeah, the threat of an "incredibly small strike" shook Putin to his core.
Oh brother ... not another "MrClose"
Kerry was clearly speaking in relative terms when he said that.
Did you listen to our great president last night...
As some members of Congress have said, there’s no point in simply doing a “pinprick” strike in Syria.
Let me make something clear: The United States military doesn’t do pinpricks. Even a limited strike will send a message to Assad that no other nation can deliver.
At any rate, judging by his actions over the past few days, the little man in russia obviously got the message...
