This is far easier said than actually being responsible to implement.

Besides......

The bill would only affect retailers with stores of 75,000 square feet or larger, at least $1 billion in annual sales and non-unionized workforces.

So it's O.K.to pay less than $12.50 an hour as long as you are unionized. LOL What a bunch of transparent fools.
