Uh...you must have conveniently missed the part in the very post that you quoted where Harrier said that Governor Brown could either sign it, veto it, or ignore it.

The funniest part of all of these threads is that some think on a magical date that any guns disappear. They don't.

If this passes on the first of the year scores of guns will disappear from the gun shop causing many shops to close. Then when I pass away one day, my guns will disappear from this state, my children will not be able to keep them.
