Problem is this happend when? in the 1500s? and people are still seriously bringing it up likes it relevant in 2013!

Its been thousands of years, Natives didnt fight hard enough so they lost their land.
Thousands of years implies more than one thousand years - so at the earliest, thousands of years from 1,500 will be 3,500.

Also, it should be pointed out that 90% of the Natives in North and South America were killed by Spanish colonists. Not English colonists. The viruses that wiped so many of them out were introduced by the Spanish.

So blame the Hispanics that the Natives are gone. Most of them have that Spanish ancestry. ^_^
The 'Hispanics' were Europeans too.

Most people referred to as "Hispanic" in the US are mostly of Amer-Indian decent, not European.

It amazes me how many people think that Mexicans are "Spanish" when most of them are really much more closely related to Native Americans.

91% of all Hispanics in America identify themselves as white - genetically it might be mish mash, but it is still a mish mash, and culturally speaking, the Spaniards and Portuguese are dominant (with a bit of Austrian, Irish, and other thrown in for good measure - where would Mexican beer be without the Austrians?).
