If you believe, as I do, that prostitution should be legal, then a forteriori things like this should be legal, but it should be illegal to offer a job under false pretenses.
No, it should never be okay for people to be sexually harassed in the workplace. That would be like being okay with a prostitute who is raped because of her job title. That too is wrong and illegal.
I don't see a woman who is intelligent enough to graduate law school being too stupid and naïve to understand being treated with respect was not part of the job description.

Why? A record label is a business. Just because you're in the industry you don't have a right to treat people you work with like crap.
