When Obama took office Ahmadinejad said Iran's program was for peaceful purposes and they were not building a nuclear weapon, and earlier this year Ahmadinejad said nuclear weapons were a thing of the past, specifically...

Quote:
We do not want nuclear weapons for a few reasons… This weapon is inhumane. Because of our faith, we are against it. Our religion says it is prohibited, and we are religious people.
Yesterday Rouhani said Iran would never build a nuclear weapon. While Rouhani's rhetoric is a bit more definitive than Ahmadinejad, it is not a "turnaround" on nuclear weapons and I'd go so far as to say it's basically the same policy.

Enter President Obama. Intelligent, resolute, dignified, firm, effective. He let Iran know in no uncertain terms where the US stood and sought conformance. He established dialogue, exercising a smarter foreign policy than his hapless predecessor. The result? New President sounds like he was listening.

Again, kudos to President Obama. Republicans wrong yet again. Without submerging this country into war, the President caused CHANGE in Iran.

There goes the OP lying again.

Report contradicts Bush on Iran nuclear program | Reuters

Reports show that Iran stopped its nuclear weapons program in 2003, well before Obama sent a letter congragulating the election winner.

Oh nonsense ...... the Iranians have been saying this from day one. They have repeatedly insisted that their nuclear program was for energy development only, and there has been no such "turnaround".

You ObamaBots are really quite disturbed and delusional. Thank you Satan.

I was wondering where this guy had gone.

Now I know exactly where he is... and even which news-clipping service he uses!

The OPs threads are like a car wreck. No way in hell to just drive by without taking a peak at the atrocity that has just occurred.

Did you just thank an invisible demon that doesn't exist for people being delusional?

As for the OP, calm down. Iran's stance on nukes hasn't changed one bit, since they've claimed from day one they have no interest in nuclear weapons.
