In a lot of these cases witnesses won't come forward because of the fear of retribution. It's a vicious circle.
the fear of retribution is because even if they go to jail, they get out on good behavior...my cousin's business was robbed...by mexicans....the judge canceled the hearing 3 times....3 times the witnesses had to take off of work...to testify, to try and put them away. They're whole families were there staring the witnesses down, as if they were going to jump up and kill them with they're bare hands.
Our judicial system is a mess....
oh, and all 3 of them are out of jail now....my cousin still has nightmares.....
Compared to what - you can't have a percentage without a frame of reference?
Chicago is the murder capital of the republic - more people were murdered in that city during the previous tracking year than in any other U.S. city, and Chicago has strict gun laws.
That you would insinuate that no one should give a darn about anyone outside their own local area says much about you, and nothing positive.
Save your sanctimonious screed.
No, it says that the only reason you reference Chicago is because the current POTUS is from Illinois. Other than that, Harrier could give a rat's furry patoot about Chi.
People in Connecticut shouldn't make laws for people in Tx and vise-versa.
You don't understand what universal means, do you?
