You're not the FIRST 911 denier I've encountered on this forum, or the many other forums where 911 truthers are derided for showing their ugly heads., and you certainly will not be the last.

first off I'm not a truther, your name calling only weakens your already conformist arguments.

however, i most certainly do have questions, as any citizen who is aware or even cares should...

unknown, unseen, and improvable (not unprovable) does not necessarily equate to danger!

no wonder you and Arus, workingclass, momrealestate, etc rather confine yourselves to what you think you can fully understand and in the end manipulate...

carterstamp,

You forgot the US air defense system was down for that day and not a plane in the sky. More interesting is none were able to respond.

Flying a plane is not like driving a car. For a novice to fly a passenger jet is one thing but to find a target that is out of visual range without training is dam near impossible. They managed to do it twice.

The alleged terrorist pilots received basic training and barely passed single engine training and flunked twin engine. They had no navigation training.

All three buildings in NYC all collapsed straight down as in a controlled demolition. Building 7 was not hit with anything. What happened there? Fainted maybe?

With the force of a jet passenger plane hitting a standing object at full speed one must believe that would have created massive damage to the impact side. When the buildings collapsed why didn't the portion of the building above the impact shift and crash to one side?

Then there is our babbling GW Bush who claimed to have seen the initial impact on TV prior to going into that classroom. The thing was that video clip wasn't release for about 7 hours after the crash. Who knows, maybe George was really watching a cartoon and got mixed up. After all, according to GW Bush, if you don't believe him you must be a terrorist.

Things don't have to be black or white. The search for truth is layered and complicated.
History tells us that events should be questioned from all angles in order to not repeat mistakes and oversights.

An excerpt from The Exception to the Rulers by Amy Goodman (Host of Democracy Now!):

"After 9/11 Osama bin Laden became a household name across the globe. But for two decades before the attacks, his name was familiar to a small, powerful group in Washington. The reason? Osama bin Laden was financed and trained by The United States.

In the words of President Carter's national security advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, the aim was to give 'the USSR its Vietnam war'. Between 1982 and 1992, the CIA spent $3 Billion training and arming Islamist radicals to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan (an amount matched by the Saudis bill for bill, according to a CIA official). It was the largest U.S. covert operation since World War II.

Brzezinski later revealed that the U.S. covert program to aid and train the Afghan mujahedeen, or holy warriors, had begun six months before the Soviets invaded. Some 35,000 Muslims from forty-three countries fought with the mujahedeen, while another 100,000 were influenced by the war either through military training or by attending militant Islamic schools.

Asked in 1998 if he had any regrets, Brzezinski replied 'Regret what? That secret operation was an excellent idea. It had the effect of drawing the Russians into the Afghan trap, and you want me to regret it?'

Did he have any thoughts on arming and advising future Islamic terrorists? 'What is more important to the history of the World?' Brzezinski shot back. 'The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet Empire? Some stirred-up Muslims or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the Cold War?'

Brzezinski got his answer on 9/11."

why do you just dismiss: the marriot was completely destroyed, as was St. Nicholas Eastern orthodox church..and 18 other buildings
There was and remains misinformation on the part of some people not familiar with the area as it relates to the Marriott. There were two Marriotts, just two short block from each other. The one with the West Street address was damaged, not destroyed.
