The government is nothing more than a reflection of society. If "the government is out of control" then the reality is that society is out of control, and government is just reacting to that. .

Still waiting for you to dispute the two examples I provided about how you're wrong, one being the obligation to pay salaries for employees who havent worked, and the other one being your claim that road projects need paid for, even though they arent completed. Think of it this way. The US government is like a drug addicted relative that just needs ONE more fix to get by, and then he can quit and get clean. If he doesn't have that one more fix, he's going to lose it big time. So just give him that $ 100 he needs so bad, never mind the thousands you already gave him which he's promised to pay back but hasn't yet, and never mind all that stuff he stole from you and sold so he could buy drugs. You can't just throw him out on the street, right? That would make you heartless and prove you don't want to help him.
Sequestration is like rehab. I think its time we have the government sit down and we need to have an intervention.
