Well the biggest problem with this bit of fiction is that in order for it to happen legislation would have to be passed making it a requirement for the pizza company to care about the health of its customers instead of making a profit and increasing dividends for its stockholders. Considering the grip of corporate interests on both parties, it ain't gonna happen. So don't worry your little head chief, you're safe.

No kidding! Especially in light of the fact that other countries have had centralized government healthcare for about half a century and it hasn't happened there yet.
