Maybe in ultra red states like Alabama. Blue states are already taking advantage of the ACA. Just look at California, Vermont, and Minnesota. Most of these blue states will continue to leave states like Alabama in the dust.

Harrier will donate to the cause of liberty by simply ignoring ObamaCare.

They will have to drag him out of his home and forcibly move his fingers across a paper in an approximation of his signature before Harrier will ever sign up for any health insurance so long as their is a federal mandate that one have it.

Even then Harrier will sue to ensure that the forced signature is not accepted as valid.

What are you even talking about? The lawyer who is taking your money for his fools errand should be disbarred.

Wow, without Obamacare, no one has health care? I was unaware of that..
Actually, with Obamacare, up to 30 million more Americans will have access to health care. There will be more people buying private health insurance in the open market through the state exchanges. This means more competition. Hopefully no more borderline monopolies for United and Blue Cross.

You know, I kind of feel sorry for you. You're deluded by your own right wing nuttery.
If you dont know what I'm talking about, then why are you opening up your mouth?

Start with Article I, Section 7 of the US Constitution

Hell, they teach this in elementary school..

You're completely ignorant on the subject as well.

The latest CBO calculations are that 30,000,000 will go WITHOUT insurance

Do you have anything to contribute to the discussion at hand?

Dont care.. last guy I spent money to sue, I spent $30,000 just to put him into bankruptcy.. He could never pay me the $450K judgment I won against him, nor did I expect to see it..

As I said.. somethings are more important than money..
