That wasn't even a real filibuster. It was pure political grandstanding and nothing more. Rafael got to have his moment, now the adults are moving on with business.

Truly. That story actually goes against what Ted was doing, because in the end, after saying over and over and over that he doesn't like green eggs and ham before even trying them, Sam-I-Am tries them and finds he DOES like them. Just like Obamacare.

But Cruz knows his audience, and knows they are too simple-minded to comprehend Dr. Seuss. Too, too funny.
