The Fox article says it resembles the Boeing ScanEagle. The 44 pound ScanEagle can be picked up by one man and is catapult launched. It has a communications range of 62 miles. It is a small surveillance drone.
Iran also has a larger Shahed 129 missile carrying drone that resembles the Israeli Hermes 450 UAV. Thanks Israel for giving iran the technology to build this!
