Half of the deadlines not met for Obamacare, Obama changes the Law by Presidential whim, and that makes you "feel good" about it?

Additionally, Obama is peddling that his stance is not political and it is those nasty conservatives who are holding the government hostage.

If Obamacare is not political and a power grab, why does it have to exist as part of government funding? Since it is "SO GOOD" for everyone, so fair and cost efficient, what kind of idiot proclaims that it has to be fully funded (even though its parameters change with Obamas whim) or the government has to shut down?
