They will only suffer if the Democrats refuse to pass a CR that funds the government without Obamacare. The GOP has already compromised on every other aspect of the budget other than that.

Whats it feel like to defend millionaires while screwing little childrens futures Jude?
Oh, please. Show me all those government workers who have become millionaires on their government salaries. They are just ordinary Americans struggling like everyone else to put food on the table and raise their families; who want to work for their living; who are asking nothing more than to be allowed to continue to do their jobs. And for that they are demonized by the right.

WOW! You're making a great argument for the conservative viewpoint of having a smaller government!

I'm sure that you would agree that our troops are more important than anyone else?

and, if this shutdown forces the delay of obamacare, 60,000,000 (that's 60 million) American taxpayers will benefit.

The GOP has compromised on nothing. The CR they are attempting to get the Senate to pass strips funding for Obamacare and maintains sequester level spending, which is something the GOP wants and the Democrats don't. And it is for all of two freaking months, when we get the thrill of doing this all over again, and when the GOP will demand more cuts/defunding/delaying of the ACA. What, pray tell, has the GOP compromised on?

I say, let them shut it down. I want to hear the pigs squeal when they watch their lucrative contracts grind to a halt. Don't forget they are the ones that are stealing our tax money. Six of the 10 richest counties are in the DC area.

Shut. It. Down.

The rest of the country will probably just yawn like we did with the sequester.
Lefties can't comprehend principled people.

Of course not.

They, like their employer (government) are unaccountable for anything.
