It warms the cockles of my heart to see real leadership. Kudos to Scott Walker for standing up to the petty tyrant in the White House. We need more people like Scott Walker to stand up to the failed tyrant.

Its too bad we couldn't selectively cut off government payments for Medicare, SS, etc. to those who complain about big gubbermint. The Tea Party-Taliban has it hands deep into the pockets of government. They think its Christmas and everything is free and are leaving their kids to pay the bill. What a bunch of hypocrites they are on every imaginable gubbermint program you can think of.

Obamacare is a Constitutional law. It passed via the process. There is nothing extortionist about it.
Everyone is coerced into medical spending, regardless of Obamacare. If you don't have insurance and can't afford your healthcare, I am coerced into paying more to cover for your cost. That is what is happening today, so where is the fairness in that?
What Boner and Cruz are doing, on the other hand, is actually more like terrorism - they are saying, "strike down this legal policy, or else we will hurt innocent people." I'm sure you're proud of that...
I wonder if the house sent over a bill defunding social security if these people would still agree that the senate is the issue, both government programs approved by law. The GOP tried every other avenue whether it be the courts, congress or the election and lost, now for self destruction.
The media is distorting the whole story ( as they do) there is no government shutdown, period.
