President Obama threatened to veto any bill that was not exactly to his liking.

The House submitted a bill, the Senate rejected it, and the Democrats shut down the government.

Now the Democrats refuse to even negotiate on terms at all - they are throwing a tantrum.

The American people are watching and they will remember the myopic, arrogant, and stubborn behavior of the Democrats come election time - and those Democrats who held up the spending bill will be thrown out of Washington.
Exactly right. Interesting how the media continues to ignore Obama's and Reid's roles in this situation. They want to perpetuate the myth that all Democrats are always good, right and intellectually superior, and anyone not in their group is uneducated, ill-informed, and bad.

Default Obama Uses Own Money To Open Muslim Museum Amid Government Shutdown

Can this be true? If it is then it's pretty obvious where his loyalties lie and it's not
with America or Americans. Why didn't he use his own money to keep the WWII
sites open? This is treason in my book.

Washington, DC — While up to 800,000 federal workers faced life without a paycheck as Day Two of the government shutdown kicked in, President Barack Obama held a press conference to announce that he is using his own money to open the federally funded International Museum of Muslim Cultures.

“During this shutdown, people will have to deal with some of their favorite parks and museums being closed,” Obama told reporters. “Just keep in mind, they will always be there. The Grand Canyon and the Smithsonian are not going anywhere.” Obama continued, “The International Museum of Muslim Cultures is sacred. That is why I have taken it upon myself to use my own personal funds to re-open this historic piece of American culture.”

Has anyone been to the Obamacare Facebook page? There's some angry people on there about the incredibly high cost of their premiums. The best deal for Obama would have been to take the House Republican's offer of delaying the individual mandate one year. The exchanges are a mess, the premiums are outrageous. Really, in the end, if would have benefited Obama to take that offer to delay for one year.

Please provide evidence proving this wrong. I'm really hoping you can because if
true we have a real problem in America.

The National Report?

Please OP, there are plenty of actual news stories that you can use to criticize the president - there is no need to link to satire sites.

Common sense? Even if he would do such a thing, politically he wouldn't, so it's false.

Really? The part where Obama pledges his "own personal funds" to open up the sacred Muslim museum didn't tip you off that it's parody?
