Not really...

So, you deny that the repubs, did NOT remove the "de-fund" the ACA from the bill going forward to the senate....

You also deny that the repubs removed the provision to delay the ACA for another year....

And

You also deny that that the repubs sent up a bill that fully funded everything, except for the 72% subsidies for congress....

You will deny all that....

Let's not forget that the commissaries pay for themselves...so why are they closed?

Why won't' Boehner put a clean bill to a vote?

(patiently)

Because he believes (correctly) that Obamacare is very bad for the country, and will result in longlasting damage. As a member of the House of Representatives, he believes it's his duty to block this destructive legislation in any constitutional way he can.

Is there anything you need explained to you, about how the Speaker does his job?

The House is under no obligation to fund everything the Senate, or the President wants funded. It is the House, not the Senate, that determines what gets funded, according to the Constitution.
No. Here's the Constitution on the subject:

Art. I, § 7, Cl. 1- All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

Cl. 2- Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. (It continues with how vetoed bills are handled by Congress)

Budget bills are like any other bill.

And as you no doubt remember from Civics class in grade school, the President implements and enforces the law- the Congress alone has the power to amend or repeal laws.

But you just keep telling yourself that the Usurper-in-Chief "changed" the law...or better still, keep listening to your echo chamber that's telling you what to think.
So, you are saying that this law, the ACA, has never been amended/changed?

Well, what about the employer mandate that has been extended for a year?

What about all those exemptions?

Then please tell us how obama changed the law? IF congress has the power to amend the law...

Go ahead, please tell us....

Please. Where are the bills to amend/change the ACA that his job should be focused on?

(patiently) Then put it to vote and see if all Republican reps agree with him. It won't pass if Republicans put up a united front and will give him more bargaining power.
