Usually you analyze log files. All I can say is for the last 15 years any analytical software I have used counted any file request as a hit. Just for example there is 76 requests or hits for this posting pane.

Obamacare numbers are going to be as secret as food stamp numbers.
They will tell us what they want to tell us and there's no way to verify that.
