Obviously the ACA (obamaCare) is not working, and what we had before wasn't working.

How come we don't just charge a flat free to each tax bracket group every tax year?

Corporations would pay either $1,000; $5000; $10000; $25000; $40000; $100000; $250000; $1000000; $10000000 or $25000000 a year. Corporations don't receive health care, this is just a fee for being able to do business in the great US. And helping out their fellow men and women , their social responsibility.

Individuals in the lowest to highest tack brackets would pay $500; $1000; $3000; $5000; $12500; $20000; $32000; or $37000

Married people would pay 1.8 times the individual.
Married people plus 1 kid would pay 2 times the individual rate.
Married people plus 2 kids would pay 2.2 times the individual rate.
Married people plus 3 kids would pay 2.5 times the individual rate.
Married people plus 4 kids would pay 2.8 times the individual rate.
Married people plus 5 kids would pay 3 times the individual rate.
Married people plus 6-10 kids would pay 3.5 times the individual rate.
Married people plus 11-100 kids would pay 4 times the individual rate.

Get rid of health insurance all together, except for one federal health insurance pool ran by a newly appointed department called Universal Health Insurance.

Any doctor or medical company would need to sign up as a Universal Health Insurance provider.

People would still be able to pay cash/check/credit for health care if they wanted, but it wouldn't really be needed unless you wanted like plastic surgery or something.

Simplify, Provide, Care would be the motto.

Obamacare is already not working? The exchange has only been open for like 40 hours.

A lot of people are going to have vastly improved healthcare coverage. The sore point with me is the compulsion, but that doesnt mean it failed.

Yes it's already failed. People have been trying to just get information (let alone sign up) and they can't even create an account. It is an epic failure.

How ignorant. Less than two days in with the government shut down and you are calling epic failure? I suspect you are not remotely an unbiased observer. Let's talk in a year or two.

Oh okay. I guess the Apple iPhone was a failure too.

(or maybe the contractor who hosted the site tried to save money and didn't allocate enough servers to the cloud farm they have the site on?) - The problem was fixed within hours. Jesus.

Bigger government, farther involved in our lives? No thank you.
That is too much power over my life, for the constitution to allow.

That is what happens when the government outsources it to India IT firms.

what? biased? no

I'm advocating that we get rid of all health insurance. Get rid of all health insurance agents in the country. (they'll still be able to sell other things like car insurance , etc)

The mess ACA is, is making everything cost more, and there is no reponsibility to the end consumer ( you and me). Prices have already sky rocketed, and will continue to do so, while 30,000,000 + individuals will still be without health care.

That is why we should just do a single payer method, that is overseen by congress. Make it simple though. Just charge people a flat amount each year based on their tax bracket.

I'm not for socialism, but socialism would be a lot better than the fascism this ACA is.

I'm going to go with the personal choice/responsibility option of neither.
