Look at the accompanying chart. There has never been a time when more people were in favor of the ACA than were opposed to it. Notice how the RED (OPPOSE) line has always been above the black "Favor" line:
RealClearPolitics - Election Other - Public Approval of Health Care Law

Recently the Unfavorable numbers have dropped.
The chart doesn't show it so precisely in the bigger time frame, but change the chart's time focus to "6 months" to see what's going on. The "oppose" numbers have dropped, but so have the "favor" numbers.

There was a huge - HUGE - poll in November 2012. One in which every voter was eligible to voice an opinion. One question with only two answer choices:

Which candidate for POTUS do you want to run the country?
A. The candidate who promises to get rid of the ACA
B. The candidate who promises to fully implement the ACA.

We all know how that turned out.

Case closed.

Take away the RW fascist polls, the ones who poll inside their own bubble, and what is left on that list?
Rasmussen is a joke and always has been. Who cares what a Fox "poll" says? These are RW propaganda sites, as is Real Clear Politics or anything with "Heritage" in its title. Scams.
You are also ignoring the fact that the more people shove aside the RW propaganda and what Fox tells them to believe, the more they like the ACA.
There is much more you are ignoring, too much to list (like UHC popularity in other countries for instance). You are ignoring the simple fact that repubs are opposed only because they fear its popularity which, politically, will be difficult to rescind in the future. If it is so awful, why not allow it to self-destruct and sink the democrats in future elections?
If some people hate the ACA, it is likely that he/she is just one more lazy Fox dupe who knows nothing about it (good enough that they hate Obama). Some are so dumb they think it is "government health care". If a poll labels it "Obamacare" people don't like it, but if it is presented as the "Affordable Care Act" and details become known, people like it - especially those who have been screwed over, dropped, or denied by insurance companies. Obamacare just reins in these parasites, but it is still a far cry from single-payer.

A lot of the truth is here.
CNBC poll: Conservatives oppose ‘Obamacare’ far more vehemently than the Affordable Care Act | The Raw Story
Ignore those polls! (Obamacare edition)

Depending on how a poll is worded, it seems as though many respondents want something more "liberal" or with less corporate control, like single-payer. Yeah, it's gonna happen - just deal with it.

Let's face it, the right wing is in trouble because their lies and distortions are gradually being exposed, no matter the issue - just accept that little fact.

People that do polling look at trend lines. the section I commented on is the lowering unfavorable percentage.

at one point U P was above 57%, that has steadtily dropped month after month to its 48% today.

If you only focus on a slice then you dont have the complete picture..kinda like what you people refused to see in 2012.

believe what you need to, I can deal with the truth.

Your never going to get a favorable rating for the ACA because 10% or more of the people being polled would favor single payer. The other part is that Republicans are heavy recipients of Medicare, Tricare, and VA. Those three programs cost taxpayers about 650 billion dollars for 67 million mostly older recipients. That's almost $10,000 for every recipient. They don't care or need the ACA. Too bad you couldn't exclude people who rely one those programs from the polling and also take out those who think its wrong because it isn't single payer.

Good points. And the right-wingers will never admit their wrong, regardless. They cannot even respond to what is posted with honor, instead insisting on responding to comments that no one said, and doggedly refusing to acknowledge the facts underlying what was posted. How can we expect them to admit that they're deceiving themselves?

How many idiots didn't know Obamacare was going to be unaffordable for the working class? In Obama's own heavily Dem Chicago:
Quote:
a Tribune analysis shows that 21 of the 22 lowest-priced plans offered on the Illinois health insurance exchange for Cook County have annual deductibles of more than $4,000 for an individual and $8,000 for family coverage.

Those deductibles, which represent the out-of-pocket money consumers must spend on health care before most insurance benefits kick in, are higher than what many consumers expected or may be able to stomach, benefit experts said.

Good. Then you will have noticed that the "approve" line is falling.

You cherry pick media stories to support what you want to believe. I could do the same, but will not waste my time. The ACA is the law. It will be implemented. It will have glitches. It will require refinement/changes. Best of all, it will allow the uninsured to become insured.

So, go right ahead and continue throwing hissy fits, if it makes you feel better. Just keep in mind that they are not going to change anything.
