Yup. And the correct name is The Democratic Party.

It could have been named the Democracy party, just as the Republican party could have been named the Republic party. Why were the Whigs named Whigs? Why was The Grange called just the grange, and those affiliated with it called Grangers instead of Granges?

Bingo, as Hillary did say, "WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE" both party's are one in the same, with a different outlook, mainly both looking for ways to help themselves, not us the people.

Why argue, whu squabble, why disagree, what have they both done for any of us lately, and before answering, better be the damn truth. NATA, not a damn freaking thing.

They pat their own pocketbooks, while many are having such a hard time staying afloat.

One in the same they are, with a difference of opinion, but does not make one better believe me, one is better at scare tactics, being a damn bully, being arrogant at the point of no compromise, gees can we guess which one that is!

I would never think to insult a democrat by calling their collective the democrat party. Pwog, said in a nasally whine on the other hand is much more descriptive of the mindset of a democrat and the democrat party. And as a perjorative.

Yeah, you stay right where you are in fantasyland - it is so funny to see liberals in the throes of their delusions.

You just described the little children like which liberals behave.

Harrier would be so ashamed, that is why he is a Republican, but if you are a Democrat in good conscience, why would you be bothered by the name?

You're a bit slow aren't you?

Not at all - Harrier isn't a "fast" runner by any means, but he can run a 10K in less time than at least 90% of all Americans, most of which who couldn't even run a mile, let alone 6.2

So, it follows that a Democrat would be part of the Democrat Party.

Which raises the question - why are you bothered by that?
No, it does not follow. I guess that answers my question
