How can you or anyone else justify Obama's lies? His fraud? His deliberate misrepresentations?
He refused to extend the individual mandate knowing in advance that there were many problems with the system and it wasn't ready.
We know now that one of the reasons for this refusal was to force the shut down, knowing he could blame the Republicans for it.

It's worse than a tax. It's a new means tested welfare program that takes in people earning up to 400% of the FPL. That definitely goes into middle class territory now.
