WAR RELATED PTSD AND HEAD INJURIES

I have a friend of mine, who has a sister being treated at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, New Jersey. (Kessler, one of the nation's leading providers of comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services, has been addressing the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families for more than fifty years. My friend, who's sister is at Kessler as a private citizen, has informed me that many families of brain injured War on Terror veterans are being forced to pay for their Kessler special rehabilitation of their loved ones, because the Department if Veterans Affairs (VA) does not have the facilities.
