ACA will share your personal info with law enforcement & IRS
Of course the Exchanges share info with the IRS. You can't get income based tax credits without IRS involvement. You can still buy insurance outside the exhange, not claim a tax credit at tax time and avoid IRS involvement.
Note that it doesn't say "with law enforcement" but "for law enforcement and audit activities." That could just apply to cheaters trying to scam the system.

Now if only they could do that with welfare and social security cheaters.

But, they voted for Obama so they are in the hands off group.
On another note, because of a loophole, it is possible that if your state has not set up an exchange that you will not get the subsidy. Everyone should realize that there really isn't any guarantees on this. It will all depend on funding. 36 states are not setting up exchanges.
Isn't everything Obama about taking away our privacy, our freedom of speech and our pride in our country? Why would a program that he supports be any different than his entire reign of terror?

I wonder if people who receive the subsidies, will be audited more than those who dont..

Tax credits are available in all states. If you are in one of those 36 states without a state exchange then go to the healthcare.gov exchange. Hopefully it will soon be over it's teething pains and stupid programming errors.

If I had a choice betwen picking an insurance company that guaranteed they would NOT share my private info with any other company or agency...
...or an insurance company that said they wouldn't do it "Except for the IRS and law enforcement"...
I would automatically reject the second one.
I would never sign up for any insurance that made that proviso.
They would have to force me under pain of penalties, jail time etc. to do it.
Which, come to think of it, is exactly what Obamacare does:
1.) Eliminate all competition that promises not to share info,
2.) Force people to sign up for the one that WILL share your info, on pain of penalties etc.
ACA will share your info with every office in the government. Your just now realizing that. I guess in a couple years the rest of the sheep will too. Sad is what it is. They are building a massive database with all our info from the feds down to the state. The "cloud" is providing most of it thanks to the NSA.
