Was Obama not supporting terrorists in Syria while giving the rebels weapons, many of whom were Al Queda? Can't have it both ways.

Also the vets were there to honor the fallen - it's not the first time they've assembled there but because of all the crap with the closure of the open air memorials, Gov Cuomo decides to make them an example for his friend Obama. Besides which there was nothing I heard in their talks saying they had assembled against Obama.

The Tea Party is about to put the country down. But that's apparently okay with you, because a default "won't be so bad," right? Good god, we are in serious trouble when idiot lawmakers decide it's okay for the United States to default on its debt.

then the Republicans should be touting this shut-down as a success. Smaller government means less[not needed] services... Be proud of your work.

If the American people agree, the GOP will win the WH in 2014.

But I find it funny Boehner, Cantor, and McConnell are not touting this as just a "slice of what they wish to cut"...

they act as if they are pained this is happening. which is it guys?

If you like shut-down...elect as many Republicans as you can the next election cycle.

And judging from the amount of histrionics on this board, opening the memorials will be number one on their list of "essential" services. We'll have no guarantee of clear air or water or food, because that's not what the Tea Party counts as essential, but hey, vets will be able to walk around memorials! That's what's really important, right? 'Murica!!!

O IS giving arms to terrorists. To Al Qaeda no less.

And he hates our military, active and retired.

If you think the military isn't taking note, you're wrong.

Previously, I though O was stupid, but now I don't even think he has an IQ of 90.

Unfrickenbelievable.
The Libbies are doing this? You people seem to forget the Repubs wanted the shutdown and got it so stop your whining since you got what you asked for.
