The invitation line-up is interesting - all write for important Washington publications.
He's given some heavy cred to Byron York of the Examiner with the invite - the others all have it in spades. York is a good writer and good thinker, so I'm happy for him.
I think Obama believes he has the 'power' to convince these men of his great brilliance and his position.
He thinks they are both Respected and anti-Tea Party - He thinks they will now write columns that support him, and try to convince Boehner to give in to the "I will not negotiate" and just "Trust me", we will talk later.
I'll make a point to watch for their columns in the next couple of days.
