Me personally, I give Obama low marks solely because of his actions and intentions.

His intent is take my hard earned money and hand it over to people who don't earn and don't help produce a product.

This is why I cannot stand the sack of ****.
Whoever is promising you tax-free income is lying to you. Seriously.

I know CONGRESS should get their act together....

I am ok with their political 'hara-kiri' as long as we get some new 3rd party blood to replace them.

Never happen. Party hardliners are notorious for their short term memories. They can forgive any sin committed by their party of choice.
Look at this forum and look no further and you will see that no matter what hardliners will never turn on their own.

It would be even lower if it were not for two things: 1) Many Obama supporters can't admit, to themselves or others (pollsters), what idiots they were for voting (twice) for a slogan, "Hopey Changey", and 2) A lot of people have been intimidated in to saying nicer things about him than are heartfelt for fear of being characterized as racists.

I'd say his true approval rating is a good deal lower.

Which excuses nothing. The nation has never been more divided. Obama owns that. The Government has never been more dysfunctional. As President he owns this as well.
Ronald Reagan and Tip O'Neil polar opposites and yet they found a way to get things done. They found a way to disagree and still show respect for each other.
Bill Clinton had his own challenges and even a gov shut down. He still found a way and he didn't divide a nation in the process.
