I think the only LOGICAL explanation is that she really believes, in her heart, that she can help Hillary somehow all of a sudden get more votes, even if it means somehow manufacturing those votes.

It is my understanding that everyone, including the Democratic party, thinks she is a loon, while Hillary somehow secretly funds these efforts to drag it out and that they are even letting her go ahead. Not in PA, though..... PA is not having it.

We all smell a rat with this.

So, since it's not DEAD yet, and he gets sworn in in January (I wish I could go!).. What is the next step in all of that?

No. I think she has dark-nefarious intentions. I think she is the ultimate con. Anyone that deals with her.... should SHUT her down. Get her out of the limelight. Put her back into the place she really is: A nobody--trying to get rich off the common voters. But she will now go down in history as a succubus. Just like she wanted instead of the truly insignificant whiner that she really is.... Even if it was a fools way, she took it. She is like a bad taste left in everyone's mouth.

I can't argue with that fact except she needs to overturn 3 states not just one which won't be possible. Even taking into consideration voter fraud that the democratic party is famous for, it's not going to happen especially since the recount in Wisconsin is coming out to be in Trump's favor.

The way this story has been framed has only pushed the political tribes further apart:

Some Trump voters are incensed that Clinton won’t lose gracefully (even though she isn’t the one pushing for the recount).

Some Clinton voters are giving money to Stein as a Hail Mary in the face of the inevitable (despite there being no evidence of actual tampering).

While a serious conversation about improving electoral security is indisputably good, the way this storyline has unfolded is bad for America.

I don't think so. What I do think is she is getting tons of free air time over the deal, Lots of money appears to be going to the Greens, positioning her/them as a potential 3rd party in 2020
