The super-rich aren't earning their own keep-that is precisely the point!

And it ain't about being fair. Why do you think having a banana republic is a good thing? Do you know what happens to banana republics? It ain't pretty.

I've always been able to do fine, even though most would consider me "working class". The trick is to ditch the television, cook your own meals, avoid wasting money on momentary wants, and put your money in the right places.

There is something that really disturbs me these days though... Everything I have worked for could be erased in the case of a major health problem. What's even scarier is that the government is now saying "we're hear to help!"

A lot of the wealth inequality comes from the fact that big business can make record profits without as many workers as before.

Are the essentials of life. Everything else is a luxury.

You mean without as many American workers as before. There's still plenty of sweatshop labor on a global scale.

What does "earning their own keep" mean to you? In my view you take care of YOUR family is all that needs to be done. It's something called liberty, the American dream, at least it was till the commmies like you arrived. Now you think the "dream" is getting others to pay for YOUR family and if you aren't getting enough you scream and whine that some "rich" guy who worked his life to earn "his keep" isn't handing enough over for YOU. You have been indoctrinated by your liberal masters or you are just a communist living amongst us.

Wow, you really have no argument. Thanks for the confirmation!

You should move then. Cost of living is lower too. You can go to China and whine and see how fare you get.
